here in the civilised world we like to assess our patients prior to lifting them up by their hands and and feet and chucking them into a shitty "ambuvan", you know just a few basic tests such as clearing their spines of damage to - "make sure its still attached to their heads" then maybe an airway assessment mmh to "make sure their breathing" then simply taking a carotid/femoral pulse to "check their not already dead". judging by the hand movements i really dont think it was the flies bothering him i think its the fact his brain has probably been split in two! neuro theatre here we come!!!
