Convulsions after a crash like this indicate a serious head injury -- physical damage to the brain. They should not have removed his helmet. It could have been the only thing holding his skull together. Also, a head injury often occurs along with a spinal injury, or a risk of spinal injury if you move the head without also moving the whole body and neck with it. Those guys did at least 2 things that could paralyze or kill their friend. Goddamn morons.

I've owned, and crashed Moto X bikes on courses like the one he was on. You learn from stupid mistakes.
It sounds like the bike wasn't running right or was running cold on choke, therefore wouldn't have given him the power to propel him quite as he expected.
If he's able to ride again he'll have learnt that mistake....the hard way.

-I only removed a helmet once & that was a botched circumcision (my bad).
-As far as convulsions go, the best thing to do is this;
1. Put the individual into a bath tub.
2. Fill the tub with WARM water.
3. Add detergent & dirty clothing.
4. Remove helmet.

Ok I have never posted but seeing all this crap on this video made me have to post.
I have a room mate that goes into convulsions from time to time.
Here is what you DO
1. make sure anything around the person is moved away so they don't hurt themselves.
2. call 911 or emegency services.
3. make sure not to try and hold them. Their own body shaking can injure themselves and you holding them down will do MORE damage.
Please for the love of god. If you are ever do shit like this take a first aid class and learn what to DO and what not to do. Freaking out just makes things worse for everyone.

The seizures indicate that this guy has severe head trauma. and i pulled this off a medical website, I quote: "DO NOT remove a helmet if you suspect a serious head injury." Also, just because he's convulsing doesn't mean he isn't paralyzed. He's not controlling that movement. My guess is that he's paralyzed from the neck down.
