Yep, that's a VBIED. A potent weapon from the improvised insurgent inventory. The best bet for stopping VBIEDs is to use Iraqi Police checkpoints with long stand-off from CF checkpoints. If anything goes south, the CF CP can open up in time to stop the VBIED.
