agreed , IEDS are rarely just left in roads they usualy are set off by someone nearby , they are usualy at the side of the roads aswell and basicly never kill inocent civilians (the ones meant for the military). maybe it was a suicidebomber vehicle or something or ome targeted tribal leaders?
