Exactly what I was thinking. She was holding that rifle (is it really a shotgun?) all wrong and it was obvious. Too high against her shoulder, not snugly set, and either she wasn't taught how to properly rock back with the recoil or she didn't even try to do it. And that moron who came up behind her right before she took the shot -- what was that about? He partially blocked her recoil, not to mention distracted her. Not her fault -- the fault of the people teaching her.

I shoot slugs and have never had need for a scope. The whole purpose of a shotgun is there isn't really any need to aim that precise even when shooting slugs.
