I think it's fucking funny as hell. Bicyclist seem to thank they have the right away and don't have to stop at stop signs or red lights or for anything else. They all seem to have a Napoleon complex and act like traffic rules don't apply to them. Very few of them are responsible.

I doubt the hummer driver hit him on purpose but then again the bike rider should have paid more attention and probably stopped. What a noob.

1) Kid was riding his bike on the sidewalk. 2) He never even paused before crossing the streets at each intersection. 3) Drivers are not looking for dipshit kids on bikes riding out in front of them; they're looking for other cars.
Kid on the bike was totally at fault, and was actually breaking a couple of laws in most states. Hope the retard got cited and the Hummer driver was let go without a problem.

i think he was trying too prove that some motorist don't pay attention on both sides of the road. if it was a jogger ,its still the same pedestrain or bikers they always have the right of way.
even if he was riding the wrong way? again so do joggers, and yes there some laws you can't.. but i think the biker knew what he was doing, it was a risk too prove how many non-coffee drinkers are there on the road..?
