Driving in eastern Europe is fucked up.
Put it this way, when i'm a passenger in any of my friend's cars in Poland and I try to put on a seatbelt they all take the piss right outta me. What's worse is that the driver generally takes it as an insult that you don't trust his driving abilities because you want to be safe.

It's all to do with their mentality towards driving, that or they're fucking crazy.
Once hitched a ride from two Russian guys (already a bad thing), but when my friends and I got in, we realised the two fucks were drinking vodka as they were driving, turning every few moments to offer us a drink - at which point you could see their bloodshot eyes and red faces.
Fuckin eastern European driving, I love it.

sounds like these mates in the car are plastered. They probably caused the wreck and turned around to see what that loud noise was.

damn... Hey - I t-boned a brand new Mustang at 45mph + , I have to say my seatbelts and airbags saved my a$$. Stupid teenager on the cell phone coming from the other direction made a left turn right in front me. The Cops wrote him so many tickets that they ran out of paper... The kid looked dazzed - not sure if it was the accident or the tickets.

sorrow-yeh, you're right, but like many other laws they get ignored, then when shit happens-the fools still find somebody else to blame-never take responsibility for their own actions/stupidity
It really is sad though - nobody deserves to die this way, but, as long as we have cars & trucks travelling at high speeds-there will always be plenty of death by vehicle

The people seem too keen on just on-looking, instead of seeing if they could be of any assistance.

I know there is not much that can be done in this vid...but there are hundreds of others where the person is still alive and needs help badly. Even basic first aid would help the chances of survival, but instead, the people just stand around gawking at the person writhing around in pain on the ground.
