Unlucky Trooper Gets Hit by a Truck Going 70mph

Typically when someone gets hit by a vehicle going 70mph, their body parts are splattered for 2-3 miles. But this guys back on the job...with all parts intact.

I'm not calling this cop stupid, but the smart thing for a police officer to do in a highway stop like this is to approach the suspects vehicle from the passenger side.

Lucky he hit the car first (not for the car owner)
Seen this happen a few times now, why doesn’t someone suggest that they approach the vehicle on the safer side?

In Texas its the law. Its a 200 dollar fine if you dont pull over to the left lane or if it is only a two lane road you have to slow down to 20 mph under the speed limit
