whenever i pick a fight, say in a bar, i always ask for a resume of fight training, previous assault and battery charges, dna samples, unpaid library card fines, etc ...prior to engaging in combat. ...doesnt everybody?

Hmmm...I honestly cant tell if the second strike is al elbow,but like the other guy said...HOW is that "cheap" in a fight,not really,its just a way to inflict an impact,nuff said...LOL...But that being said,his first strike looked like he used his palm,and not a fist,so a slightly different style of strike,that looked DAMN effective,and so the second shot could also be a palm strike with his arm in an odd angle,not normal to a regular fist throwing swing...But again...like i said...DAMN effective...LOL

Bit of a cheap shot with the attack so quick after the shake. Shaking hands is dumb anyway and the loser should have had his guard ready, but it's still cheap the way the guy popped him straight after the shake.

I broke my jaw after a bike accident into concrete. You can't laugh or shake peoples's hands after it's broke. Very painful.
