women are excluded from serving the following possitions in the army: infantry, armor, cannon field artillery and short range air defense artillery. Exclusion from certain jobs differ from branch to branch but the exlusion from serving in general infantry is common in all. This does not mean, however, that women aren't allowed to and/or don't participate in some of this stuff... I.e. mechanics and such still cary guns.

From the look of the video this was training because when you are preparing to raid and clear a house you stack up near the door to get in fast and clear the doorway because it is the worst place to be when someone is shooting at you "silhouette", If it was me i would have handed her the Singars and let her call in an airstrike on the building, OH and they didn't check for traps on the door.
