Didn't mean to piss you off bro :) Well i'm young still busy with my career. And the peppermill is a great restaurant with great people. The food is good and never heard anyone complaining. I work there full-time and next year i'm finishing my hotelschool here. I know what you mean by steakhouse but it's better than most restaurants. If i didn't do it for the money i would look elswhere. But still having fun and will do it for the upcomming year.

I dont like the front house...ie waiter, bartennder...rather be in the back, being crazy, cooking my heart out...i didnt take offence, and to tell the truth, i worked in a steakhouse for 6 years before school...good luck to you and your career. Yeah i've been in the kitchen also before getting a waiter. I love both and still like to cook but i don't know why my choice fell on waiter.
