terrorist !!!! All i saw was a man been shot by a helicopter. There should be a independent inquiry to find out if it was really a terrorist. my guess is the gunner was trigger happy and wanted to shoot at something. The excuse would be "they shot at us let's shoot back" it happened so many times before.

What farmers do you know that carry small arsenals in the pack of their truck and cover their faces....there was no sandstorm. They knew they were being watched and that is why they all got off the truck. They knew that they would have a better chance of surviving if they split up and they told the truck to go ahead to either hide the weapons or they thought the chopper would hit the truck first. And at the end, that was not a shovel that he pointed directly at the chopper.
