Actually, having watched this again, I find it interesting how the younger people are polite, calm and non-confrontational, whereas the middle aged woman is belligerant, insulting and opinionated. Isnt it supposed to be the other way round?

When she raised her voice, i think it was time for her to leave, but i think those guys were messin with her. I get the same thing with telemarketers; they say don't get excited when i'm talking calmly. At first, the guys said don't get beligerant when she was talking calmly. Something simple like that can escalate matters. She probably was talkin too much, but i think that when the woman felt that she was being made fun of, it blew up. The guys could have handled it better.

Racism is a mental handicap. It's not normal. Therefore, arguing with a racist is like arguing with a mentally challanged person. You're never going to win.
In this case the young man did right in staying quite, but the employees should have asked her to leave and informed her that if she didn't, they would call the police. As for the guy with the camera, stay quite and keep filming. She would have stuck her foot in her mouth without provocation.
Treat people with respect (regardless of race, sex, religion, or age) and give them a fair opportunity to give you an honest first impression. Then from there, you can decide if you want to associate yourself with that person. My grandfather taught me that at a very young age, and it has kept me out of trouble ever since.
