Since I don't know anyone stupid enough to require a helicopter rescue, I'll use an example of some skiers that needed rescue in an out-of-bounds ski area here in Canada a couple years ago... In a country with 'free' health care, they were still billed for the rescue. See - the health care is 'free' - stupidity still costs money.
