Actually all those stories in Faces of Death were fake. Only some very rare old footage from executions were real, and those lasted only a few seconds; that's why the asshole who made Faces of Death had to make these stupid little scenarios to make money. He capitalized on people's gullibility and made millions. Today with the Internet and the wide availability of camcorders we don't need unscrupulous filmmakers like that.
