no.1-fire extinguishers must be mandatory in every room!
no.2-fire hoses on every floor!
no.3-spray fire-proofing over all surfaces
no.4-fire brigade response times have to as quick as possible with test's happening monthly or so!

It was exactly two years ago in Vladivostok - - in the far east of Russia. Nine victims - all women - employes of the local Sber - bank office. (Sberbank - is the biggest bank of Russia. In the last October there was a trial - three persons (include boss of the local Sberbank - woman) were sentenced for two years in colony. The owner of the building and region`s fireinspector were sentenced for one year and 10 months in colony plus four sentenced must pay a compencation - 1.5 million roubles (building`s owner), 1 mil - three others. 1$ = 25,4 roubles
