thats in the Philippines it happened at 12pm on Saturday the kid climbed up to get attention the kids mom begged him to climb down but he went up even higher then there were 3 gun shots and the kid slipped he hung on for 5 mins then eventually fell and at the very end the suspect was saying the kid was ''puk puk so ulo'' meaning he was retarded and for some reason he was also bragging about how he shot him down if it helps at all he died instantly...
