i think in this case it may have paint chips, not marbles. and living near the power lines probably didnt help either. sucks.

thats in the Philippines it happened at 12pm on Saturday the kid climbed up to get attention the kids mom begged him to climb down but he went up even higher then there were 3 gun shots and the kid slipped he hung on for 5 mins then eventually fell and at the very end the suspect was saying the kid was ''puk puk so ulo'' meaning he was retarded and for some reason he was also bragging about how he shot him down 
if it helps at all he died instantly...

Fucking sick. I have no idea just who to blame here, I have extreme urges to blame, scream, and beat the fuck out of the parents...because I've seen "retarded" kids go nuts, but usually the parents know how to keep them settled down to some extent (if not, then there are other homes...), but what kind of neglect would result to a 10 year old getting up to a tower anyways?? This just makes me want to punch the fat asshole who sits beside me at work...he's a perfect punching bag.
