A man so special he has to have an extra 'L' in his surname. I think the patronising turd took narration lessons from Jeremy Clarkson and just about every UK television weather forecaster.
I'm sorry you have to see your favorite hero as a gay ballet dancer. But quick take your barbie and pull her clothes out before you're getting over 12 years old.
See i love watching Police Camera Action over here in Britain, but GOD does that narrator make me wanna pepperspray someone myself. I'd way prefer the American dude with the white hair over this poncey Oxford boy.
''poor country, rich country, black, white, male, female, young old- POLICE BRUTALITY IS EVERYWHERE! ''but like everyone, you've got your good&you most definetly got your bad,or shall i say the bad's got you!
Mixed emotions on this one. I think actually arresting the guy was a bit overboard, but on the other hand, the guy was coming at him full of attitude, the cop had no way of knowing just how dangerous the guy would get. Oh well, it's an imperfect world.....
...and I quote "At last the Texas trooper can whip out his Eye Watering weapon, and let rip"!!!!! ...and he chose to use it on the husband!?!? Mental note: Avoid Texas.
agree with above: cop alone, husband coming fast and talkin' hard, what are the non-lethal options? But the entire event was a huge goat-f%k from the failure to signal stop (?) to the OC spray. For those who like the conspiracy angle and given the guy's wimpering "I can't see..", it might be a set-up for a lawsuit for excessive force. But I tend to doubt it. Most of all, the narration was so unspeakably biased and anti-cop that it again begs the question: what were the options? Say "please stay in your vehicle" one more time?"
Having now read all the comments on this section, I now see that I have repeated somebody else's comment further down. I humbly appoligise and will do penance for my sins. Please thumb this comment down so that I can bathe in self pity and loathing.
Lets see, 11:00 at night, lady does a rolling stop through a stop sign, no cars around, nothing happens.....I personally think the cop should have just used a little more discretion and passed on by.
I like the way the wife SLOWLY walks over to take a peek as if to say, "GET HIM! Spray him again, the prick bastard!" But says "Why are you arresting him" Then nudges the officer & motions for him to spray him again! Then when the husband says "Honey I can't see!" she grabs the can and sprays him herself! Did anyone else see that? No? You have to read between the Wife lines! LOL!
At no point did the Officer state he was issuing a citation. More than likely he was checking for an intoxicated driver at that time of night. The maggot husband brought that shit on himself and got exactly what he deserved... and as for that prick bastard narrator, that asshole can go fuck himself in the neck with a broken broom handle. He obviously knows NOTHING about officer safety, and from his commentary he doesn't care either. It always amazes me how people wanna call "police brutality" when someone tries to fight, threaten or argue with the Police and they get thier ass rightfully handed to them. But nobody says shit when an officer gets beaten, killed or run over by some drunk or high maggot for just trying to do his job.
The guy was coming at him and told him to fuck off. That's aggression. He gave the cop the right to fuck with him and arrest him for interfering with a peace officer. I'm not saying I like the way the cop acted but the husband could have had a concealed weapon and pooped out of the car saying fuck off and at the last moment pulled out a weapon and shot the cop. It was the husband's fault for not stopping and getting back in the car when the cop told him to.
WTF, that limey narrator tryin' to make something outta nothing. The cop was just doing his job for fuck sakes. He doesn't need Poontang idiot, You try his fucken job asshole.

Gee that sounds like a possible DUI driver to me... but by all means the cop SHOULD let her go down the road and maybe kill someone instead of say doing his job. God forbid he check to make sure she isn't under the influence. After all its not like there aren't "real criminals" he could be catching. I mean shit none of us actually MEANT it when we took the oath to protect and serve, we just wanted to wear the neat uniforms, get free doughnuts and listen to ignorant asshats like you tell us how to do our jobs...
