ya hes understanding about it becuz the cops told him to keep quite and they will lay a fat sum on him prolly, i was wrongfully overtly harrassed by a cop a few years back and when a stink was made abuot it i was contacted by the chief asking me to stay quite and make no comments and thye would make the initial charge go away. so ya, of course he understanding.

actually i know a bit more then you i would bet. second what does that have to do with this video... HUH??? the problem is that cops prolly get a brain hemmorage anytime they are not 100% dominant (verbally or phisically) over every situation, percieved threat or not. esspecially in an innocent until proven guilty nation.

That fella in teh wheelchair was no way quadriplegic, he moved his hands to the arm rests to stop himself going over, he also put them out in front of him. That's instincts. Perhaps he'd lost the use of his legs but the arms were definitely moving. I DID notice however that they looked like they were 'not moving' after the fall. He was faking it. So fuck him - good work Mr Cop!

cops are pieces of shit this is just another video to back this up. When somebody goes to the chief hes going to say "well alligations were looking into it hes suspended with pay" fucking pigs are loosers

The deputy in this case was suspended WITHOUT pay - and likely will be terminated for her unprofessional behavior. Someone like her does not deserve to wear a badge.
Are there bad cops in society? Unfortunately yes there are. Just like there are bad lawyers, doctors, teachers, senators and congressmen. Even Presidents have turned out to be less than deserving of the public trust. But to broad base your comments towards all LEOs on the actions of a few bad people is the mark of a cretin.
I am just as outraged as everyone else at the actions of this piece of human garbage, and the fact she wears a badge and represents my profession. If it were up to me she not only would be fired, but charged with assault, reckless endangerment, and missue of office. Let her bear out the consequences of her actions and maybe serve as object lession to other officers who step over the line.

Why are you calling him a sorry ass? I don't understand why he got thumbed down either. The guy did have use of his arms to stop his fall to the floor which means he's not a quadraplegic. He looked to be a paraplegic instead. We know what the bitch did was wrong, but don't go sounding like an ass after making a very well written paragraph.

Why does it not surprise me that so many of you, again, generalize all law enforcement officers. Obviously this woman was wrong in what she did and she deserves to be punished for her actions. I would agree that she should be fired and arrested, but to look at her actions as a direct reflection of all law enforcement officers is absolutely ridiculous. I challenge you to look at your own professions....how many people there do a less than satisfactory job? How many of them break the rules? Does that mean that if you are a construction worker, a lawyer, a banker, etc and the guy next to you abuses narcotics, then we should aussume you automatically do the same. That would be pretty unfair to you would it not? Unfortunately there are bad people in all professions, but law enforcement seems to get the media's attention since it makes a good story. Yes, they need to be exposed, but don't assume that they are all like that. For every one bad "cop" story you see, you don't see the thousands of good ones where people are treated with dignity and respect and other people's lives are saved. Don't get me wrong this woman's actions were completely wrong, according to the video clip, and she deserves to face the consequences, but that is not a true representation of law enforcement in general.

its easy to generalize when we see the same attitude all the time from real life to videos. or atleast i do, not "all" cops are dicks, just the vast majority. they need start taking their oath seriously. and stop trying to nuetralize risk at the expense of everyone that isnt you, and i can go on but i wont right now.

I agree, Zyk, this one ranks in the top-ten most upsetting vids I've ever seen here. Like Farvs said, she should be charged with assault. and tried as a fucking criminal. And another thing that pissed me off ALMOST as much, was the video footage my wife and I saw today on the news about this clip (it wasn't shown here) was one officer, who looked to be in his mid-to-late 40s, walking away and laughing.
