These people aren't Al-Qaeda members. They are from the terrorist group called "Fatah-Al-Islam".
The Lebanese Army was being targeted by this organization located at the Palestinian refugee camp "Nahr-el-Bared".
The dude getting bitchslapped is from Saudi Arabia.
As a Lebanese citizen, I can tell you that this country does NOT support terrorism... At all.
