Apparantly your comments and my comments have mostly different purposes. When I write comments I am either being honest or being stupid. But the problem is that many regular people here are only doing the latter, which has made looking at their comments and even looking at their avatars annoying and that is all I am saying

Now please, I hope that you in now way take this as an insult, it's not. However, this is the second time something you've said has caught my attention. Now, even thou assumtion is the mother of all fuck ups, I've made the assumption that you are probably a democrat or independent or something of the sorts (grassroots). Just my humble opinion but some times some people just really need a quick kick in the face (repeat as necessary).

Hi Sapper. No offense taken .. I appreciate your comments. Yes, I'm an Independent .. .although I heard this quote once that I liked. It went "When you label me, you negate me". I liked it because it's basically saying that when you give someone a label, you are putting them into a compartment of whatever that label means to you (i.e. whatever a democrat, independent, conservative, etc... means to you)
All I was trying to say with that comment is that it seems like many people/societies are trying to lead by force. Now don't get me wrong, sometimes the only thing that gets through to people is when they experience painful consequences but ...
It's frustrating to hear about the 5 shooting rampages in the last week ... most notably the one at NIU on Valentines Day. Just seems like a gradual decay in people's determining of what is right and acceptable vs what is wrong.

Holy shit dear god!!!! It's an actual intelligent exchange of words and ideas!!! I understand what you're saying about leading by force but until the world learns to get along then, "The only thing necessary for evil to win is for good men to do nothing." And there are good men in all societies. I'm sure there are many good men who live in Iraq. Now if they would stand up and do something, then we could bring our good men home. And shooting rampages, when only the nutjob has a gun then who's going to stop them? If more good men and women would take up responsibility for their personal saftey and that of those around them then these shooting rampages wouldn't go on for as long. There are wolfs out there. And most people are sheep. But sleep peacfully lil sheep, for you have brave sheep dogs who watch over you.

Good points Sapper but how do you combat (or even comprehend) someone who is willing take their own life in their attempt to hut others?
Obviously this is beyond the scope of this video ... but even if the students at NIU were armed and ready tp take their safety into their own hands ... what would that have prevented. That gunman was prepared to died (evidenced by him shooting himself).
If others had guns, maybe he would've taken the position that he's gonna just keep shooting until finally someone takes him out (thus causing greater carnage).
I don't know the answer .. I mean if people don't value their own life, how can we expect them to value others'?
