This are the New People's Army. The armed wing of the Communist Party Of the Philippines(CPP). This happened way back, before a split happened inside the CPP. The perpetrators of this policy of killing their own comrades, capitulated with the government and know working with the government of the Philippines. Don't they deserve the same tragic faith of that victim in the video?
