Even if there was no volume you could tell this wasn't American cops. If they were all those women there would have been tazed and then later on when in custody at the jail, a cop would have turned off the CCTV and then precede to beat the shit out of the women, then turn on the CCTV where you would see the women laying in huge puddles of blood and the cops would simply say "Uhhh she fell."

That happened in Chile, i dont know what is about. This is very typical in the slums here, when somebody gets caught for some felony they make a big fuss (i speak spanish, sorry for english)
