Cops really need a more covert way to lay spike strips. They're always so surprised when someone spots a man in a blue uniform and funny hat with a huge fucking link of spikes in the distance. It's not exactly hard to miss.

Bahaha buddy's on an all terrain vehicle but is too dumb to decide to take it on some sort of terrain that the cars can't go on.
BTW anyone who has driven an atv knows that it's isn't all that hard to control when going 70 mph on a paved road.
