Hopefully their families were notified immediately. Otherwise, it was probably a pretty awkward moment when they all sat down for the evening news.

I couldn't help it when, as they showed the guy's feet sticking out from under the crane, imagining his shoes disappearing and his feet rolling up and receding underneath the wreckage. I think it's time to stop drinking now.
Must have been the operators fault, and even though he was dead, they still hung him
