The guy doing the shooting was not charged because it was deemed self defense. There is a minor argument over this because the other guy was apparently mentally unstable and the guy with the gun went to the gas station and provoked him. They have a history. Also, the shooters brother is a cop and he was posted up in his car 1/2 a block from the gas station. Maybe someone knows more, but they are saying that he got off becasue of who he knows and the corruption in the area.

How do you know? and regardless of wether he went to the gas station knowing he would be there or not it doesnt matter. In america you have the right to go where ever the gov. says you can, So if they guy was at the gas station waiting for him well it looks like he got what he was waiting for. Here in America we have the right to have guns, the guy with the box or crate (w/e) knew this, unless he is a fucking moron whos been living somewhere outside the us and decided to come over here and start some shit.
Bottom line, The guy with the box was a moron and got what he got, welcome to the real world.

I don't get it. At the end of the video the attacker appears to be just standing there. Did the bullet bounce off his face? At no point do I see what appears to be someone getting shot in the face there...
