Well, when you get some idiot on the back end shifting the weight distribution, it's probably possible. It's also possible to snap your neck when you fall off afterwards. This is in Malaysia, where i live. This is a pretty cool stunt, but these guys are a menace on the road. Several people have been killed by mobs of these guys after knocking any one of them down by accident. Their profile is mostly poor and uneducated. These guys arent even allowed into most of the clubs in the capital, so they gotta find their fun some other way.
