Never got picked on in school, but I belong to a job class of Engineers that is backing you up on the field by engineering weapons and equipment that can help your chances against the enemy. My type doesn't engineer weapons, but we're the ones building the plants that refine oil to power our M1 tanks, Apaches, explosives, you name it. Without Science and engineering we would still be throwing spears.

While military men have been brave and selfless when needed. NOTHING, has improved our way of life more, than the work of our Engineers, and the scientists who discovered the theories their work was/is based on.

I had to wonder if you are serious, but I'll go ahead and assume you are. You compare the H-bomb to Ghandi's philosophy. That's like comparing an apple to a poem. It makes no sense to compare them. I see what you are trying to assert though. Science is bad, people are good right? Did a scientist drop the bomb? No, but people did.
