I was the deckhand aboard a yacht. While in the Carribean I was left for a month alone. There are a lot of poor people there and it was pretty dangerous, so I slept with a 9mm under my pillow. One night 4 guys came aboard around 5AM and I heard them before they heard me so I called the cops and held them at gunpoint until they arrived. Couple other times that were iffy too.
