the police man was too high on adrenalin because of the chase previous. the fact he was on camera evaded him . police are humah and make wrong decisions when moment of madness takes hold ,just like half of population in prison .

you know what all you people who post bad things about this cop; maybe the person he kicked in the face just kill a family and fled almost killing a bunch of people. who ever sides with a criminal are probally not the best citizens. how would you feel if you chased a criminal you put a lot of people in danger including yourself; i admit he should not have kicked him in the head but the suspect probally was a asshole like many of you people who side with a criminal. so peace, love, happines and kill all criminals who want to hurt innocent people.
