Front tire was totally gone from the front wheel and with all the cops around not batting an eyelid at the cop doing the kicking and whacking, the dude's half naked, etc., looks like there's way more to the story than a truck driver failing to pull over. From the looks of the dude it's something way more like he ran over an old lady, raped the corpse, stole her purse and fled the scene...

It's not possible to justify that response, regardless of what he did. These cops' actions (yes, the others too) occured AFTERTHEFACT. So whether this guy deliberately mowed down pedestrians or whatever, these cops wear a badge sworn to protect and take claim to being 'the good guys'. There's no crime that man could have committed that would justify the cops abusing public trust. They attacked the public, not just the criminal.

Mixed feelings here I think the driver did do something very bad for all the cops to stand there on a roadside and let their fellow officer lay some boots to the guy.On the other most of us have frustating jobs and cannot lose control let alone kick them

Ellzee, I work in a high stress job, refresh my memory as to why I am not allowed to kick people in the head when a lot of them so deserve it. 
The suspect has at least 3 cars worth of police officers after him... he must have done something extraordinarily serious, and so rightfully so, get kicked in the face! We need more suspects like that off the road or getting punished worse.

So many things to share on this one. First off the cop was ahead of the truck so more than likely the fucker tried to run his ass off the road before the truck died. Then when he couldn't run anymore then he suddenly becomes cooperative? Why? Because he knows someone is gonna come up and kick him in his pie-hole!
Sorry but when you run from the cops which this guy was clearly doing, you are putting their lives at risk as well as everyone else on the road. Just because you become a big pansy when they catch you doesn't mean you don't need something to remind you that you're a prick

I agree with you FRFPROINC, america's laws and justice system are far to weak and forgiving (no sarcasim im serious)
our system rewards criminals and punishes law upholding citizens. dont belive me? think about it.
a New prison was built in wisconson not too long ago, it offers PRIVATE cells, full wooden doors with mesh windows in them. a 24'' TV, bed, enclosed bathroom stall for added privacy, a desk and chair, and a dresser.
your probably thinking minimum security right? Wrong... this is a MAXIMUM security prison, this is where we send rapists, convicted murderers, pedophiles, ect ect.
So for Murder 1, you get Free Meals, Room and board, Cable TV, and personal showers... basically a "Days Inn" Single room.
who pays for all these nice things for these criminals? Us the law abiding, work going 9 to 5ers that never break the law a day in our lives.
its really bull shit when you stop to think about it. We need harsher sentancing, Death penalty needs to be Nationwide and used on EVERY convicted Murderer.

1) The Suspect probably did something incredibly shocking to the Deputy, like possibly trying to kill him with the truck.
2) The Deputy forgot his role to contain, secure, and de-escalate the situation, and bring it to a safe end.
3) The Deputy misheard the order to "BooK him, Danno," for "BooT him, Danno"
4) Every badge got tarnished. The suspect got a settlement. Shameful day for everyone.

Cops fuck with you and do shit like this regardless of whether you are breaking the law or not. Happens all the time to good, law-abiding people who are minding their own business. I've had my fair share of harassment and my record is squeaky clean. When are you cop-humping ignorant assholes going to realize that police organizations are corrupt as are the cops that belong to them. Power corrupts. It's a big fucking fraternity. All cops care about are other cops...period. Anyone who disagrees either doesn't have any cop friends or is a cop themselves. My cop friends are all assholes and they abuse their authority every chance they get, whether it's driving drunk, harassing women, fucking with minorities, starting fights, etc.. They'll lie, cheat, steal and kill to protect their fellow cops. And they know nothing bad will ever happen to them because they are above the law. I have dozens of first-hand stories I could tell, but the one most appropriate for this post is about my old neighbor. Father was chief of police and son was an officer. Son was DUI and killed someone who was walking in the shoulder (their car had broken down and were walking to gas station). He hit and run and was caught by an off-duty who saw it. He not only never did any time (for DUI or Manslaughter) he was able to keep his job! The family won a huge civil case, but he never suffered any consequences. That's the way it works everywhere. It's not an exception, it's the rule. I had a girlfriend who was hospitalized for over a week after a cop t-boned her car. He was speeding with no lights or sirens and blew a red-light. She had 2 witnesses that testified that the cop had no lights or siren. Judge ruled in the cops favor because he was more credible. LOL. I got rear-ended while I was stopped at a light in front of a school. The other driver was an off-duty cop. When the police came, they told the other driver to leave and they kept me there for over an hour and refused to call an ambulance for my pregnant wife (who was my passenger) as I had requested. They told me that there was hardly any damage to my car, we couldn't be hurt and I should let it go. When I insisted, they finally wrote up a report but told me if I pursued it I'd be sorry. I can go on all day...
