What?? I OWNED the electricity I used because I PAID for it. When I see my electric bill, it lists the amount of power I've CONSUMED! I'm not paying for my neighbor's electricity, dimwit. yes, obviously, but i meant that you will never get to keep it as it is more of a rent commodity.
