The problem is with these accidents, that even paramedics can't do much. If internal organs get out, then the chances say game over... I've seen an accident very similar, with a motorcyclist having his guts smeared on the concrete, alive and conscious, medics standing around him, trying to scrape him together, but failing. He died on the way to the hospital. I hate it though when motorbikers use the road as a slalom track, cause one tiny oil smudge, one rock, one slip... and this shit happens. Be careful, people!
