dude you are lucky , that you have a police like that around your neighborhood. In my hood, in NYC, they would try to determine who can put more bullets in him in 5 seconds time.
I am serious it's all about a competition in my crazy city.

Buffalo is so small they say it's really just one large room. You can't do any dirt, cheat, sneak, or creep becasue chances are you'll run into somebody you know!

haha,i was kind of kidding and not,like we all live in the same world and all our actions affect others in one way or the other,thats why im a saint oh and yeah i did live in peterborough ontario many years ago,you cant go anywhere without having to stop and chit-chat with so many people before you get to your destination.....lol.
