...and in Norway he would not get a single dollar because all you can get by sueing privately is the exact amount of money lost because of the incident...which here is 0. Thats the way it should be in every country.

....and in Russia, some pikey little chav whore aged 16 (the kids mother) would have run up and tried to smash a bottle over Tuba Boys head, his father in turn would have got on his bike to chase after her but he would have been so pissed, that he would have instantly crashed in a piss stained heap in the road, where he would have been obliterated by the nearest Mitsubishi 4x4, which had swerved to avoid a Smirnoff ridden jumper falling from the nearest high rise after being chased by a buch of Nazi skinheads for having a pink Rucksack and a life!!! .......and thus the circle of life is complete.

Part two will never happen because if that father gave half a shit he wouldn't allow his child to do as he pleases. Let's just say the dad is there, if his lil kid can walk all over him then what makes you think he's the kind of guy who's gonna do something about this?

Wrong! The kids running around with no parental control are the ones that will end up on here in a few. That kid learned his lesson and will probably be more well behaved and respectful in the future.

It is your duty, your obligation, to provide your children with guidance and instill some discipline. Their opinion doesn't carry any weight versus what's right in your opinion. Maybe they'll hate you for it when they're young, but they'll love you for it when they're grown. Indulge them and they'll love you for it when they're young, but be useless when they're grown and tell their therapist it's your fault.

At the start of the video, you can see running around from the front of the formation. No doubt he's been running around and through the formation throughout their performance, purposefully being obnoxious. And in any case, in the one instance we see he chose to run in front of the LAST ROW of the procession, rather than run behind the entire procession. Again, purposefully being obnoxious. He got what was coming to him. If I'd been there and his parents had made a stink, I would have eagerly joined the mob that stomped the life out of them. When you make the decision to be a parent, you also need to accept the responsibility of minimizing the suffering your decision causes the rest of the world. So try teaching your precious little snowflake some fucking manners.

In russia the mom would have done nothing because wile her kids was running the streets tormenting the tuba player she would have been ankles to earlobes to pay for her next big hair session at the beauty salon the dad ( if known or able to be found) would have been dunk in the same ditch as his tripping son. The tuba player would have then put on his security uniform and kicked all of thier asses.

i went to a party one time, BIG fancy house, got REALLY drunk - cupple daze later i saw the guy and thanked him for the GREAT time @ the party-told him I wuz particularly impressed with the huge bathrooms, especially the one with the brass toilet-
he got really pissed - sez - "SO !! yer the one that shit in my tuba !!"

In the USA that would have resulted in a multi-million dollar lawsuit against the tuba player, his ensemble, the tuba manufacturer, the town in which it happened, and the pharmaceutical company who made the drugs that kid was on because they didn't take into account the over-stimulation caused by listening to marching bands. The little dipshit's parents, of course, would take no responsibility.
