Alleged 'victims' need to take responsibility for their own actions too, and how they incite the actions of their captors.
If she legitimately feared what they may be going to do her after restraining her, I can understand her reluctance, but if she was being deliberately hostile she has only herself to blame.

I happen to think so because a) she did not appear to present a danger to herself or others and b) cops don't like it when you don't listen. Is it difficult to listen? No. Just do as you're told.
