It's the fact that the biker was either too fast, and or just not keeping a look out. But mainly, as you guys pointed out, a very stupid driver not paying any attention or looking hard enough for something on coming. I have atleast 1-2 encounters with stupid drivers daily, definately not fun.

well I cant see the traffic light. So maybe it wasn't the biker's fault. Looks more like there was a woman driving that car.
