That's crazy.. how a person can be find one minute and out the next.

Some men are good at hiding their pain. He, 9 times out of 10 felt like crap. If you look it up he may not have known about what exactly heart attack symptoms were. Maybe he thought he was haveing a bad day. lol. Before a heart attack intense chest pains occur. So bad that most people get pale and cant keep a straight face.
