So they have to drag him down 4 stories....when he finally does get an ambulance and get to the hospital....they didn't have an oxygen tank for him (at the moment)

and they did perform cpr, but they waited for half an hour for an ambulance, when it didnt arrive, they carried him off down the stairs b/c the elevators were not working. then, even though the hospital was only half a block away, the other ambulance requested never made it, so they had to take him there in a private car. To make things worse, when they got to the hospital, there was not a single tank of oxygen, nor any equipment to revive him. That could have saved his life.. Pathetic.
