Actualy this IS strange, why are all these cars suddenly losing control and running into cops? iv never seen a car lose control like that in sunny weather unless there is a cop standing there. Hmm.

Perhaps because people tend to stop and jam/disturb traffic when they see something happeing at the side of the road (here, the police pulling a car over). This causes accidents.
I once drove by a house that was burning, and suddenly the traffic was dense like it was rush hour or something...a few cars almost crashed because they didn't see the jam soon enough. About 100 meters past the fire, the traffic was normal again.
I've also heard that ambulance drivers are taught this...it's supposed to be a well known psychological phenomenon.

Ditto. I'm always used to seeing everyone slow to 45mph (75kph) on the highway when there's a police car on the side of the road and perhaps some overturned car or something like that. Everyone's gotta slow and look....

So he pushed the button kicked back his chair, hands behind his head, feet on the dash to get some shut eye, when suddenly he is awaken by the blood curdling screams of people diving from before his grill. Suddenly the deal he thought he was getting on new cutting edge tech. didnt seem like such a bargan. Luckily he had on a giant pair of sumo diapers to catch the giant shit he droped when he ralized the screams belonged to a cop.

The car was fishtailing to the left to avoid hitting the car in front of it... driver was probably on a cellphone or otherwise not paying attention.
The officer was trying to get the other people out of the way to keep them from being hurt. Since the driver was outside of his scope of control I think he did a tremendous job of keeping anyone else from getting hurt. As if any of you internet warriors could do half as well.
