so when someone when they fell down, the sound of them made the ice vibrate and in turn the bikers couldn't control their bikes under a slippery, shaking surface? am i getting this right?

It's so obvious, I was riding downt the road the other day, on ice, fell off and caused a 20 car pile up. Jesus, why wasn't I thinking of this?!
