maybe you thick headed pigs are too stupid to realize this...but he cant turn on his stomach while you have all of your body weight on top of him, macing him in the eyes is not going to help him turn over, and he certainly cant put his hand behind his back because it is pinned under his body....which, by the way, you are on top of. so get your mind off the donuts and snap back into reality.....this is a good example of why i hate cops...yes the dude may be drunk and wimpering like a little girl and he may have even resisted a little, but lets see you try and turn over when someone is on you like that...even if you are sober
