These kinds of conditions are kind of sad, because those people need to live every single day of their lives taking super extra care of their bodies, and typically operations designed to return the heart to the rib cage don't go very well. There was a special done about stuff like this about 10 years ago where a grown individual with the same problem had essentially a huge protective bandage-like strap covering that part of his chest, and damn, they gotta be careful not to put pressure down there.
