I've been told by superiors that that will mostly be the job of the fly boys (air force) but us Marines are always the first ground troops to go in. Do I want to go? No, I just spent 3 years in Iraq, and missed the birth of my first child. But will I go? Yes, because my country asks me to. I dont have to agree. I'm active duty career, so the income will always be from the military. And they pay well. I fight for my country, I fight hard, so my son will never have to.
