There are few actual innocent people in this world. Everyone has done something fucked up or wrong at one time or another. That being said, infants fall into the category of completely innocent. The behavior shown by the 16 year old is inexcusable, unacceptable, and bordering the actions of most serial killers at his age. I have no respect for those who intentionally harm the innocent. You can't blame TV for this. Parent's have to teach thier children right from wrong period. If the parents of this kid did thier job this wouldn't have happened. I grew up watching RoadRunner and Tom and Jerry, two of the most violent cartoons ever made and I never tried hitting people with bats or skillets or shooting rockets at them! TV is not to blame here.
