Bums Fight Outside of Liquor Store

Dude, I'm from Berkeley, and we've got a lot of crazy ass bums here and in SF but I gotta tell you, the bums in Seattle are by far the craziest I've seen. I actually saw a dude eating the flesh from his pointer finger as he walked down the street. I blame Starbucks...
