Its wierd....but for the total of fight vids I have seen everywhere, it seems that if their is one guy shirtless against another guy with a shirt on....the shirtless guy usually wins.

can't argue with that. i'm like 25-30%, non officially (according to my non-official, but otherwise professional gymnastics coach). He says I should lose weight and make myself stronger by doing pull ups and watching what i eat. He said based on my flips though, my legs are plenty strong. Personally, I don't think any of that info is accurate though, except for maybe the food!

I have researched your hypothesis and you are correct. Here are the results for the shirtless fighter, in W-L-D-NC (no contest).
On NT: 5-2-0-1
On Putfiles: 6-1-0-2
On PSfights: 40-17-3-13
So this is strongly confirmed, and not weird at all. There could be two possible explanations. It could be indicative, meaning the one who already is or has the confidence that he is the better fighter takes his shirt off, or dispositive, meaning that the act of taking the shirt off, on some level, probably the psychological level, causes that one to fight better. Personally, I think it's indicative.
