About 7 years ago, we ordered a $150 office chair for my computer desk, straight black, medium height, and cushioned. The damn thing was a nightmare right from day 1. On day 1, the arms from the chair were missing. It took 2 weeks to get them. Then, when we did put them on, the arms cracked and couldn't stay up in place. Every few days since then, a screw that held the arms in place had to be retightened. When that got fixed, the arms did the damnest thing and started to bend backwards, eventually to a point where the metal by the screws actually snapped. The chair finally ended up having no arms at all. A few years after that, one of the chair legs snapped at the wheel (and I was really mad at it at the time because it kept falling backwards on me and getting stuck on those stupid floor protectors that also cracked in a zillion places), and not even contact cement could hold it in place. This was mostly/all with the help of handymen around who had to fix the damn chair. Eventually I gave the damn thing up.
In short: FUCK ALL OFFICE CHAIRS. I'm never buying another one of those fucking things again.

If nothing else, NT has proven to me that stupidity is not a racist characteristic. It infects all of us equally, which makes the world a more entertaining place.
