After watching again I think they did it on purpose. Watch the woman go out first, she turns around and gives a signal to the guy. Then when she leaves the building a guy outside walks from the left toward the door. When the guy that gets smashed sees him he steps into the door. Then he puts his hands in his pockets so he won't get his arms broke. Then the guy on the outside grabs the door, causing it to swing back smashing the guy. Watch it again, and tell me it don't look suspicious.

This happened at a belgian bank who tried to keep this quiet it ever happened. Some guy got hold of it and posted it on the net. Now they are going to sue the poor guy for doing this.
The doors are build and programmed to clap together so that there is maximum passage incase of fire or any other problem that requires fast exit of the building. This means that the 4 doors will clap together to become 2 doors. This door somehow got a signal to do this as the man passed through.
